1-ORDER
To place an order, each customer must be identified on www.pepahart.eu in the “my account” section. After validation of the order, the customer receives an automatic e-mail acknowledgment of receipt.
For customers who do not wish to place an order online, Pepahart customer service remains at your disposal:

2-PROMO CODE
How to use my promo code?
To use your promo code, copy/paste your promo code in the "privilege code" box in your basket (under the list of carriers) and validate it by clicking on the green arrow before proceeding to payment.
I entered my promotional code but the reduction does not apply, why?
Several conditions are required for the use of your promo code.
- It can only be used once
-It has a validity period limited to 1 year,
-If however the reduction does not take place, please contact customer service;
3-PRICE
All the prices indicated on our website are expressed in euros on the basis of French VAT in force.
Shipping costs are included in the sale price of the products, within the delivery times indicated on www.pepahart.com and regardless of the destination in the world.
4-PRODUCTS
The Pepahart.eu website offers self-adhesive and iron-on labels. All Pepahart products are made in France. The labels are laminated - the inks are Latex, eco-friendly, water-based and odorless.
Each order on www.pepahart.eu implies acceptance of the descriptions and prices of the products offered. For technical reasons, the printing of the products may vary very slightly from the visual on the website.
As such, the responsibility of the Pepahart company cannot be engaged.
5-PAYMENT
Methods of payment accepted in Euros:
Bank card: secure payment by the Société Générale e-commerce module (Bank card, Visa, Master Card)
Cheque: checks must be made payable to Pepahart – 5, rue des Ecoles, 91540 MENNECY. The order number must be noted on the back of the check.

6-DELIVERY
The products are shipped within a maximum of two days (working days) after acceptance of payment for the order. Then, the delay of the post office varies from one to three days. Pepahart SAS cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery of postal services (possible delays, partial or total strikes).

7-PRODUCT RETURN
Article L.221-20-2 of the Consumer Code stipulates that the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.
Therefore, each customer is required to carefully check his order before validation on www.pepahart.eu. No product will be refunded or exchanged.
However, if the customer receives a product that does not comply with his order or is defective, the product must be returned in its original packaging within 10 days and Pepahart® will replace it as soon as possible.
8-LIABILITY
The products offered comply with the French legislation in force and the standards applicable in France. Pepahart cannot be held responsible in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where it is delivered.
9-NOMINATIVE DATA
In accordance with the law "Informatique et Libertés" of January 6, 1978 and amended in 2004, the customer has a right to access, modify, rectify and delete his personal data. To exercise this right, you must make a request to contact@pepahart.eu indicating their contact details.
10- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Pepahart is a registered trademark. The logos, texts, images and illustrations are the property of Pepahart SAS.
11. ENFORCEMENT
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
These General Conditions of Sale are subject to French law and the court of Evry will have sole jurisdiction.
12-THE ENTIRE CONDITIONS
In the event that one of the clauses of this contract is null and void by a change in legislation, regulation or by a court decision, this can in no way affect the validity and respect of these general conditions of sale. .
